1. Agreement
By accessing Interior Dost you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Plans & billing
Free plan: 5 designs total, personal use only. Pro: ₹849/month or $10/month, unlimited designs, HD output, exports. Agency: ₹2499/month or $25/month, bulk uploads, team seats, white-label PDFs, API access.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay until cancelled. Taxes are added where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You will not upload illegal content, copyrighted images you do not own, or attempt to misuse the API. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use under your plan. The Interior Dost brand, code and design system remain ours.
6. Disclaimer
AI outputs are estimates and not architectural drawings. Always validate critical dimensions with a licensed architect before construction.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interior Dost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
