1. Free plan
The Free plan is free forever, with a cap of 5 designs per account. No payment is involved, so no refund is applicable.
2. Pro & Agency subscriptions
Pro (₹849/month, $10/month) and Agency (₹2499/month, $25/month) subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy with your Pro or Agency subscription, write to hello@interiordost.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically settle in 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain Pro/Agency features until then. We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds outside the 7-day window.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 5 days. If still unsuccessful, your account drops to Free plan until billing is restored.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve 100% of billing disputes within 48 hours over email.
