1. Who we are
Interior Dost (operated by Interior Dost Studio LLP, Bengaluru, India) provides an AI-powered interior and exterior redesign service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash (bcrypt) or Google account profile.
Project data: room/exterior photos you upload, design preferences, and the AI-generated outputs.
Billing data: Razorpay payment metadata (we never store card numbers).
Usage data: anonymised telemetry (page views, errors) to improve the product.
3. How we use your data
To run the service: analyse photos, generate redesigns, save project history, process payments, and provide support.
To improve our models: photos are not used for third-party model training. Aggregated, de-identified metrics may be used to improve our internal pipelines.
4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted sub-processors: Google (Gemini API), Razorpay (payments), MongoDB Atlas (database). We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Project photos and outputs are retained while your account is active. You can delete projects any time. On account closure, data is purged within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email hello@interiordost.com and we'll respond within 7 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Razorpay handles all card data on PCI-DSS infrastructure.
