Yes. Our AI analyzes the photo, estimates width, length and ceiling height in feet, and locks every redesign and walkthrough video to those exact dimensions. Walls, windows, doors and perspective stay identical — only the interior styling, furniture and finish are transformed.

Yes. Switch to Exterior mode in the Studio to redesign building facades, gardens, balconies, terraces and patios while preserving the structural geometry.

Yes. The Free plan supports PNG. Pro and Agency unlock HD JPG and a fully branded PDF design report with the analysis, redesigned image, materials list and bill-of-quantities.

What is the AI Cinematic Walkthrough Video?

Accepted Answer

It's an 8-second 1280x720 cinematic dolly shot of your redesigned room rendered by OpenAI Sora 2 image-to-video. Because we use your rendered room as the first frame (input_reference), the camera glides through the exact same space — walls, furniture, materials and lighting all stay locked. Available on the Agency plan.

Does it relight the room from day to night?

Yes. The Day-to-Night Engine generates five lighting variants — Morning, Midday, Golden Hour, Evening and Night — without changing the layout or furniture. A Pro and Agency feature.

Question 7

Can I edit furniture after the AI generates the room?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Live Furniture Editing lets you describe changes in plain English — 'move the sofa to face the window', 'swap the rug for a black one' — and the AI re-renders the room with your edit, preserving the rest. Includes 20 steps of undo history.

Question 8

How does the Agency API access work?

Accepted Answer

Agency users generate a personal API key (idost_live_…) from the Agency Tools page. Use it via the X-API-Key header to call /api/projects/analyze, /api/projects/{id}/generate and other endpoints from your own backend, Zapier, n8n or CRM.

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) over HTTPS. We never store your card details. Refunds are governed by our published refund policy.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
